MENU FOR YOUR PRIVATE YACHT CHARTER

In addition to your menu choices below, all charters come with:

  • A welcome fruit platter
  • Tortilla chips
  • Freshly diced Mexican style salsa
  • Guacamole

Our menu is served tapas style, so instead of one full sized sit-down meal, it will be served as it’s ready throughout the charter. We’ve found this the best way to eat aboard a yacht. Everyone can pick and choose at their leisure, relaxed and dine wherever on the boat they’d like.

Many of the items are based off of the fresh fruit and seafood that is plentiful in Cancun and a bright, colourful style that reflects the vibrance of the Riviera Maya.

Of course there are also red meat, chicken, vegetarian and vegan options that we personally love!

TUNA TATAKI

Freshly seared tuna with a spiced pepper crust, sliced and served with homemade soy & seaweed.

Portion: 4 pieces per person

TUNA SASHIMI

Fresh tuna, finely sliced, served in a citrus marinade and topped with chives & sesame.

Portion: 4 pieces per person

TRADITIONAL SHRIMP CEVICHE

Fresh shrimp cooked in lime juice, dressed with tomato, cilantro, onion and a touch of shallot oil.

Portion: 1-6 guests (1 bowl), 7-15 guests (2 bowls), 16-20 guests (3 bowls)

SHRIMP AGUACHILE

Fresh shrimp with cucumber, serrano chili, cilantro, lemon, garlic and olive oil.

Portion: 1-6 guests (1 bowl), 7-15 guests (2 bowls), 16-20 guests (3 bowls)

BEEF TACOS

Suadero braised beef topped with cilantro, onion, and salsa verde, served on corn tortillas.

Portion: 2 tacos per person

SHRIMP TACOS

Freshly cooked marinated shrimp topped with roasted pineapple salsa, served on corn tortillas.

CHICKEN TACOS

Tender chicken thigh in a pasilla chili marinade served with avocado slices on corn tortillas.

COCHINITA PIBIL TACOS

Cochinita-style marinated confit pork from the yucatan region, topped with pickled red onion and served on corn tortillas.

PORK SLIDERS

Shredded braised pork with ginger and crispy onion.

Portion: 2 per person

CHICKEN SLIDERS

Thai-style sambal chicken sliders with cilantro and crispy hibiscus.

VEGETARIAN TACOS

Braised portobello mushroom with a spiced green apple dressing, served on corn tortillas

Portion: 2 tacos per person

VEGETARIAN QUESADILLA

Corn tortilla stuffed with cheese, beans, and cauliflower, served with a hummus and lentil dipping sauce.

Portion: 2 pieces per person.

UNLIMITED OPEN BAR ON EVERY CHARTER

  • Refreshing welcome drink – Tropical punch with vodka or rum, and virgin versions for any non-drinkers
  • Beer (Depending on availability at the time of charter – we typically stock an assortment of Pacifico, Pacifico Light, Modelo, Corona and Bud Light)
