Where does the tour take us?
After being greeted with welcome drinks and a fruit platter, we head out into the clear blue Caribbean Sea. We’ll cruise to locations near Isla Mujeres and around Cancun that visitors who stay on land never get to see!
You’ll have a choice of various reefs to visit between the following: El Meco, Sac-Bajo, El Farito and the Sunken Ship. The choice of reef to visit is yours, but the crew usually knows the best one that day depending on conditions.
During the 4 hour charter, you will visit one of these reefs where you can jump in and swim and snorkel. After enjoying some time at the reef, we’ll pull up anchor and start heading to one of the most famous beaches in Mexico — Playa Norte (North Beach) on Isla Mujeres.
When you arrive at Playa Norte, you’ll be treated by the breathtaking scenery and relaxing atmosphere. Then, we pull back out into the ocean for a short final cruise across the stretch of Caribbean Sea between Isla Mujeres and Cancun, back to the marina where we’ll dock.
The five hour charter is similar to four hours, with the added flexibility to spend more time at the reefs or Playa Norte.
Six+ hour charters allow even more time to relax and enjoy the yacht, taking our time between each location. We could make it to multiple reefs and really explore the beautiful Isla Mujeres.
Food and drink will be served throughout!

Where are you located?
We’re based out of Cancun, and most of our boats are located in one of two marinas:
Marina V&V
Calle Vialidad Paseo Mujeres Manzana 1, Av Isla Mujeres, 77400 Cancún, Q.R., Mexico
Marina Puerto Cancun
Blvd. Kukulcan 1, Puerto Juarez, Zona Hotelera, 77500 Cancún, Q.R., Mexico
If you have a charter booked with us, our team will provide you with specific directions to the appropriate maraina, and can help set up private transportation for you.
What is required to book?
All you’ll need to book is a 50% deposit that can be paid online via a secure credit card form.
If you’re in Cancun and would like to pay in cash, we can meet you for that as well.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash
VISA
American Express
Master Card
Are there any other costs in addition to what is shown?
ABSOLUTELY NOT! We like to keep it simple around here. The prices you are given are the exact prices you’ll pay, to the penny.
We’re big fans of simple: You pay what you’re told, you get what you’re sold.
Can we bring our own alcohol?
Absolutely. We have an ice chest for you, so if there’s a special brand or type of drink you have, bring it aboard.
We do include a variety of beverages with every charter though, so double check to see what’s included — you may not need to bring anything.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations with under 14 days notice will lose their 50% deposit. This is because it’s within our average window of booking, so after 14 days it becomes difficult to fill that spot again that we’ve been holding.
Cancellations with under 48 hours notice will be charged the full amount of the charter. At this point it will be almost certainly impossible to fill that time slot.
What is the policy in case of bad weather?
If the port closes for any reason, we’re experiencing heavy rain, high winds, or there are any major storms we will first try to work with you to reschedule. If that is not possible, we will refund 100% of your payment.
Mother Nature’s decisions are out of our hands, and you shouldn’t pay for that!
Why don’t you refund for seasickness?
For safety and comfort, our yachts never go out in conditions that would be unsafe or too rough. Every once in a while one person aboard who is prone to motion sickness may experience it.
Our recommendation is that if you think that you may get a bit motion sick on a boat, take a Dramamine or Bonine about 30 minutes before your charter and you’ll be set. There are alternatives like ginger chews and motion sickness bracelets as well.
Motion sickness or seasickness is definitely not a pleasant experience, so we understand your pain. However, the costs of operating a yacht business are incredibly high, fuel is used, staff are paid, food is purchased and prepared, and the day was blocked off from anyone else being able to book it.
We do everything we can in our control to make sure each day is the most comfortable and fun experience possible, but what we’re unable to control are the sealegs of each person.
Our recommendation is to show up well-rested and avoid those extra few cocktails the night before. You will enjoy the experience so much more.
Of course we’d never tell you not to go have a good time the night before a charter. You’re on vacation in Cancun! But when the idea to have, “Just a few more!” comes up the night before… Press pause, we’ll have unlimited open bar for you the next day!
What is your recommended gratuity?
We suggest 15% of the charter total for your crew.
You’ll quickly see they earn it. Our crew will treat you just like family and make sure you have the best experience available in Cancun!
The team we have are wonderful people and want to make sure they show you how amazing their home of Cancun is. They’ll earn every bit of that tip and you’ll step off the boat having made new friends here in Mexico.
Do you offer airport pick up and drop off?
We do not have any transportation vehicles, however we do have a company we recommend with very friendly service.
Do you offer transportation service to the dock?
Transportation is not included in our rates, however we do have some excellent providers that we work with and will happily schedule and coordinate transportation on your behalf if you would like. We don’t charge any fee to do this, and we’re able to secure you a great rate from our drivers.
